First, choose your service. Email Filtering protects the mail server you already run; Hosted Mail is a complete email host with that same security included. Within filtering, there are three tiers: Basics covers solid inbound and outbound security; Enterprise adds phone support, LDAP/AD sync, SSO, email forwarding, and continuity; and Enterprise U.S. adds US-only datacenters with ITAR, HIPAA, and NIST 800-171 compliance. Hosted Mail offers the same three tiers, each adding a 50GB IMAP mailbox, webmail, forwarding, and autoresponders.

You’re billed per mailbox, per month. Aliases and distribution lists are free and do not count as users. There are no seat minimums and no long-term contracts. Larger organizations qualify for volume discounts: contact us for a quote. MSPs and resellers get a 25% partner discount with consolidated billing.
