As the founder, and former Chairman, CEO and Chief Scientist of FrontBridge Technologies, Inc., Mr. Johnson is one of the leading authorities on email protection for businesses. FrontBridge was acquired by Microsoft in 2005, and the service is now sold as "Microsoft Exchange Hosted Services".

He and his technology team have developed MailRoute's multi-layered solution to be highly efficient, reliable, and cost-effective.

Headquartered in Manhattan Beach, CA, MailRoute offers email protection services to corporate, governmental, and educational customers. The company is privately funded.
